1. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase amount required.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday evening or during weekends may take slightly longer.
Delivery time: Once your order has been processed, the average delivery time is 4–7 business days.
3. Will I receive a track & trace number for my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a personal track & trace code via email. You can use it to follow your package via our shipping partner.
4. Can I have my order shipped the same day?
For urgent deliveries, we recommend contacting our customer service directly. We are happy to help you find a suitable solution.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will send you a free replacement. A refund is not possible at first. However, if it goes wrong again, you will of course receive a full refund.

7. What happens if my package gets lost?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a replacement first. If the order still hasn’t been received after 30 days, a full refund can be requested.
