General Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms are understood to mean:

Right of Withdrawal: The period in which the consumer can cancel the agreement;

Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of business and enters into an agreement with a business;

Day: Calendar day;

Long-term Agreement: A distance-selling agreement related to a series of products/services where delivery is spread over time;

Durable Data Carrier: Any means by which information can be stored and accessed unchanged;

Business: A natural or legal person offering products or services at a distance;

Distance Selling Agreement: An agreement concluded using communication techniques without physical presence;

Distance Communication Technique: A means that can be used to enter into agreements without simultaneous physical presence.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all offers from HairByeve and all distance-selling agreements between HairByeve and the consumer.
The terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer prior to the conclusion of the agreement.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers are non-binding unless otherwise specified. Limitations on validity will be clearly indicated.
The offer contains an accurate and honest description of the products/services. Obvious errors are not binding.
Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the specified conditions.
In the case of electronic acceptance, HairByeve will immediately confirm receipt.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer can withdraw from the agreement within 90 days from receipt without giving any reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and only opened to the necessary extent for evaluation.
Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal
The consumer will bear the cost of returning the products.
In the event of withdrawal, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days after the return using the same payment method.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with broken hygiene seals or custom-made goods, provided this is indicated before purchase.
Article 9 – Prices
All prices are stated in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Import VAT and customs duties may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
HairByeve reserves the right to change prices in case of legal amendments. Errors in prices do not entitle to delivery at the incorrect price.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products are delivered in accordance with the agreement, applicable legislation, and normal use.
Warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's terms. Damages resulting from improper use, modification, or external factors are not covered.
Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
Processing time: 1–3 business days, delivery time: 3–4 business days, total: max. 7 business days.
In case of delays, the consumer will be informed within 30 days and may cancel the agreement. A refund will be issued no later than 14 days after cancellation.
Article 12 – Long-Term Agreements
Agreements without a fixed duration can be terminated by the consumer with 1 month's notice.
Agreements can only be extended if this is stated in the terms, and the consumer retains the right to terminate.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 working days from the conclusion of the agreement.
The consumer must immediately inform HairByeve of any errors in payment details.
In case of non-payment, reasonable collection costs may be charged.
Article 14 – Complaint Handling
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue.
A response will be given within 14 days.
In case of longer processing, an interim confirmation with the expected response time will be provided.
Timely and justified complaints may result in repair, replacement, or refund.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements between HairByeve and the consumer are governed by Danish law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
